At the Enclave, you will need to locate the Relic and then access the option to reshape weapons. First, head to the Enclave by finding the icon shown below in Savathun's Throne World.
Once at the Enclave, locate the Relic and then interact with it. Upon interacting with the Relic, you will get two choices, Shape and Reshaping.
