If you are trying to complete the quest Trust Goes Both Ways, you will need to loot Faction Chests. That said, the following are all Scorn Faction chests in the Mismia Region in Destiny 2.
In total, there are four locations where you can find Scorn Faction chests in the Mismia Region in Destiny 2 The Witch Queen. The first chest you can find in the Mismia Region is below.
But, before you can get this chest, you will need to reveal the path by interacting with the Deepsight orb shown below.

After using Deepsight, you can get the chest by following a path up a tree log to a cliff hill. You can find this cliff/hill marked below, along with the path you must take to it.
Once you loot that first chest, you can find the second one south in the location shown below.
At this spot in the Mismia Region, you can find the third Scorn Faction chest in the spot shown above. You can find the next chest directly north from where you found the second Faction chest shown below.
Loot this chest, and you can find the next and final Scorn Faction chest in the location shown below to the east.
