What is the Shrine of Secrets in Dead by Daylight?

In Dead by Daylight, the Shrine of Secrets is one of the most popular ways to gain great teachable perks. Normally, teachable perks are at the 30, 35, and 40 character levels. The Shrine of Secrets is a marketplace where players can buy Teachable Perks without leveling up their Character.

Players are given four random perks each week: two survivor perks and two killer perks. Perks purchased through the Shrine of Secrets will no longer appear in the blood web. These teachable perks normally cost 2,000 Iridescent Shards to unlock. Perks included in recent chapters will cost 2,700 Iridescent Shards.

You can reach the Shrine of Secrets by selecting the Store option from the Main Menu. The Shrine of Secrets will appear as its own tab. If players own enough Iridescent Shards, anything can be unlocked with a press and hold.

If a player purchases a perk that they already own on a character from the Shrine of Secrets, they will be given 150,000 Bloodpoints or 250,000 Bloodpoints if it was a perk from a recent chapter.
