Tarot Cards offer the chance for major boosts during runs. You have all the power when you apply cards during a run, from resurrection to blowing up enemies. Here are our favorite cards, along with a list of every Tarot Card in the game and how you can get them.
Best Tarot Cards in Cult of the Lamb
Keep an eye out for these five cards when collecting Tarot Cards during crusades. While the best cards depend on your playing strategy, these cards will come in handy no matter what approach you decide.
- The Arachnid
The Arachnid card gives poison damage to enemies when they are hit. This differs from poison weapons as the Arachnid's poison works on all enemies once the player has touched them. Use this with other weapon types, like ones that summon ghosts or inflict more damage, and you'll be way ahead of the curve.
- The Burning Dead
This is a useful card to take into boss fights, as it flings the exploding corpses of your enemies onto your living enemies. Most bosses bring a drove of fighters, so using this card makes it easy to clear the space and focus on the boss.
- All Seeing Sun
Using All Seeing Sun is a great choice if you time your runs correctly. Using this card gives you 20% more damage whenever the sun is up, so if you apply it right at sunup, you can use the buff for your whole day.
- The Hearts III
This is the card that gives the most Health out of any of the other Tarot Cards. Use the Hearts III for two bonus red hearts that can be refilled. If you like to dungeon crawl, this makes the process way easier.
- Master of the Art
Selecting Master of the Art greatly increases the damage of all weapons by 1.2x. While this might not seem like much, it has a major effect on high-damage weapons, which can make some hits almost one hit kills. If you find this card, grab it.
