How to get League Medals in Clash of Clans from Clan War League

Clan War Leagues were introduced in 2018 and have been a key part of the endgame ever since. In each league, eight clans compete to get promoted into the successive league up, where the rewards they can receive get higher and higher. A league lasts for eight days and involves a round-robin system where each clan plays every other one in its league. Participation in the League will earn each player several League Medals, depending on the Clans and their individual performance.

Clan War League Table in Clash of Clans

There are 18 tiers in the league system running from Bronze III right up to Champion I, where the best Clans in the game compete. Players in the last place clan in Bronze III will have a base reward of 20 League Medals, while the winners of Champion I have a base of 508 League Medals (with a sliding scale in between).

How well a player participates is judged by the number of Stars they receive while participating. Eight or more Stars will see you get the entire League Medal haul, while gaining no Stars will get you 20 percent of the total (again, with a sliding scale in between). A number of Bonus Medals can also be handed out by each alliance's leaders, with the number again depending on the quality of the league you're participating in.
