One of the most basic attacks you have in the Century: Age of Ashes (apart from the standard fireball) is a dragon's Flamebreath. All dragons have this attack, so you will see it used often in any match. Still, the attack can be difficult to master or even understand how to use.
The most important thing to know about using Flamebreath is that you must be within range of an enemy for it to be effective. You're able to tell when you're close enough because a small icon will pop up next to their health bar. You can see an example of this in the image below.
You might also notice in the image that the player is locked on to the enemy dragon as it is using its Flamebreath. This is required to use the attack properly. When you are aimed at the enemy dragon (when you see the green health bar) and you see the small icon that says you are close enough to use the attack, fire your Flamebreath by holding down the alt-fire button (default on PC is right-click). Your dragon will fire its Flamebreath at the enemy for as long as you hold it down and will automatically follow the dragon until it is out of range or outside of your field of vision.
Using the Flamebreath ability does not stop you from using your other abilities. If you have a decent lock on to the enemy, be sure to combine the Flamebreath ability with your fireballs to deal massive damage and take your enemy down quickly!
