Cat Cafe Manager Tips for Beginners

  1. Diversify purchases and upgrades and just about everything else in the game. Don't stay too focused on one area, as this can make it to where you can't meet the needs of all of your customers and cats. Make sure you have a variety of ingredients, cats, staff, and are picking many different paths at the shrine.
  2. When you first start playing, focus primarily on getting more chair slots and staff. This will make upgrading your cat cafe easier. Having more chair slots means you can serve more customers, and having more staff means customers are served more quickly (and the cafe is managed and cleaned). With more staff, you also have more time to do things like lure in strays.
  3. When you get the option to train cats and staff in different traits and specialties. You don't want all of your cats appealing to vagabonds. Similarly, you don't want all of your staff to only be good at caring for the cats. Level up each of these areas evenly across the game.
  4. Pick your beginning trait wisely, depending on what type of player you'll be. For example, If you want to be focused on bringing in new cats, adopting them out, and more, then choosing the Gentle trait is good.
  5. Give preference/favor to regulars whenever they drop by your Cat Cafe, as they will reward you more. Try to take their orders, chat with them, and serve them before random customers. Your regulars are the characters you can chat with, like Carla-Lalla, the Witch.
