With the November 15, 2023 pre-season update in Call of Duty MW3, several players tried to redeem the 559Q-RXGN4-JZPP code through the official portal. While most of my friends could redeem this code multiple times from their accounts, I faced an error that stopped me from redeeming it.
Thankfully, I am not the only one who is facing this issue, as several players have reported not being able to redeem the code.

- Ensure your Activision account is connected with Steam, Battlenet, Playstation, or Xbox
- Check your game to see if it has the latest update
- Verify game files from the appropriate portals
