If you purchased COD Points from the in-game store and they are not showing up, you are not alone. This is due to a glitch present in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific, which Raven Software recently resolved.
Nonetheless, there are some measures that you can take to ensure that the glitch is not from your end. If the transaction was successful and you received the purchase receipt in your email, the COD Points may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your game.

If the COD Points still don't appear on your account, follow the steps below:
- For Console:
- Contact your console’s support i.e., PlayStation Support or Xbox Support, explain to them the issue and wait for a resolution.
- Please note that players cannot access COD Points purchased on Battle.net Shop on a console. If this seems to be the problem, you can cancel your order for a refund.
- For PC via Battle.net Shop:
- Check that you purchased the correct Battle.net account.
- Check which game you bought the Points for. You can use COD Points across different Call of Duty titles, however, you need to log in to the game where you purchased the points first.
- Check your transaction history to make sure the order has been placed.
