Certain Faction Missions in Call of Duty: Warzone DMZ task you with scavenging various items and then depositing them in specific dumpster dead drops. The Supply Drop Tier 4 White Lotus Faction Mission requires you to collect three items—namely Toothpaste, Purified Water, and Canned Food.
Supply Drop DMZ Mission Guide
The Supply Drop mission has the following two tasks:
- Deliver 30 tubes of Toothpaste to the dumpster dead drop at the Mawizeh Marsh gas station.
- Deliver 18 bottles of Purified Water to the dumpster dead drop in Al-Mazrah City.
- Deliver 25 Canned Foods to the dumpster dead drop in Al-Mazrah City.
Where to find Toothpaste in DMZ
You need to collect 30 tubes of Toothpaste and deposit them in the Mawizeh Marshlands dead drop. Toothpaste is a common, low-value item in DMZ. The loot caches where you can find this item are Medicine Cabinets, First Aid Kits, and Lockers. Toothpaste tubes are also randomly placed on bathroom drawers, couches, beds, shelves, and tables.

Where to find Purified Water in DMZ
For the second task in the Supply Drop mission, you need to deliver 18 bottles of Purified Water to the Al Mazrah City dead drop. This item is often found inside loot caches such as Fridges, Lockers, First Aid Kits, and Medicine Cabinets. Furthermore, when you kill bots, they also have a good chance of dropping Purified Water bottles.
Where to find Canned Food in DMZ
25 Canned Food should be deposited to the Al Mazrah City dead drop to complete the third and final task in the Supply Drop mission. Similar to Purified Water, this item is generally found inside Fridges and Lockers, and is seldom dropped by dead enemies. You can visit restaurants in Al Mazrah City and other POIs to collect these items in abundance. Otherwise, make your way through the cluster of houses on the map as each house has at least one Fridge inside.
