What is Death and Taxes BR mode in Call of Duty: Warzone?

Only death has a penalty.

Call of Duty: Warzone features limited-time modes (LTMs) from time to time with seasonal and weekly updates. There have also been instances when the developers have added an LTM without prior announcement for a very short period. Here are more details on one such game mode.

The Death and Taxes game mode in Warzone is essentially a Battle Royale, but you have infinite Gulag attempts and don't lose cash when revived. You get unlimited Gulag trips only if you haven't lost a fight and until it closes, which is during the late game.

A huge portion of the cash you're holding is deducted when you respawn in normal matches. The removal of this feature in Death and Taxes makes money available in ample amounts, using which you can purchase fallen teammates and various equipment from the Buy Stations.

The regular BR has been replaced with Death & Taxes BR, with playlists including Solos, Duos, Trios, and Quads. While the game mode is currently only available for one day, i.e., from April 18 to April 19, the developers always bring back LTMs that players have enjoyed.
