In Call of Duty DMZ, you can complete different faction missions, and some of them require you to travel across multiple maps. The Chemist Sources is a Tier 4 White Lotus mission where you need to visit Al Mazrah and Vondel to complete all the objectives. This mission can be tricky as it requires you to defeat the Chemist boss at Al Mazrah. I completed this mission in a solo run and found a few methods to finish all the objectives quickly. Here's how to complete the Chemist Sources mission in DMZ.
How to complete the Chemist Sources mission in DMZ
The Chemist Sources is a Tier 4 White Lotus faction mission that has two objectives. The first objective requires you to defeat the Chemist boss over at Al Mazrah and collect a certain piece of intel. For the second objective, you must visit Vondel and place this intel at a specific location on the map. It is essential to remember that you must exfil with the intel found after defeating the Chemist to progress in the first objective.
If you get eliminated by another squad, you must start the mission over by eliminating the Chemist again. Ideally, you want to eliminate the Chemist as fast as possible and then head for extraction to leave Al Mazrah. The mission gets trickier when you spawn in on Vondel, as the Chemist's note mentions you have to visit a spot with many twists and turns on the new map. The location mentioned in the note is a maze-like garden situated at the Fire Department POI over at Vondel.

Where to find Chemist in DMZ
The Chemist can be found over at Al Mazrah, and this boss spawns randomly across the map. You need to look for the red radioactive symbol inside the yellow circle on the tac-map to see the location of the Chemist. Check the image above to see how a location looks when the Chemist spawns there. The yellow circle is a radioactive zone, and it will deplete your health. So unless you have the right tools, going inside the radioactive circle wouldn't be worth it.
You must find regular or Durable Gas Masks before going in the circle as these will protect you from radiation. Alternatively, you can get Radiation Blocker pills to survive for longer inside the hazardous zone. Gas Masks can be purchased from Buy Stations, and you'll also find them by eliminating the AI forces inside the radioactive zone.
As for the Chemist, he wears a yellow hazmat suit, and it's best to attack this boss from a distance. Defeat the AI forces quickly nearby to isolate the boss, and start using grenades and semtex to cut down the Chemist's health. Once you eliminate the boss, he will drop the Gas Sample Intel. Stow this item in your backpack and extract it from the Al Mazrah map.

Where to find the Vondel Gas Sample in DMZ
With the Gas Sample Intel in your backpack, queue in for Vondel, and visit the Fire Department POI located on the southwestern corner of the map. Over at the Fire Department, you need to visit the grass-maze garden, check the yellow arrow on the map image above to see where it's located. When you are in the garden, search the area thoroughly to find the Gas Sample Intel. I found it in front of the statue in the garden, but it can spawn at different spots as well. The Gas Sample Intel looks like an Aspirin bottle, and you need to stow it in your backpack and extract it from the map. This will complete the Chemist Sources mission in DMZ.
