In Call of Duty DMZ, you will need to find various chemical and medical items by exploring the different maps. Cephalexin is one of these items, and you must get this item to unlock the Daily Urgent Missions for the Phalanx faction. After visiting all the maps at least 30 times, I found only four of these items, which only shows how rare Cephalexin is in DMZ.
Where to find Cephalexin in DMZ
Despite being a medical item, I've had a hard time finding it in Hospitals across all the maps. Since this item does not have a permanent spawn location, your best bet is to unlock as many Hidden Caches, medical cabinets, first-aid kits, and other obscure loot spots to obtain it. I found this Cephalexin inside Hidden Caches on Ashika Island, and you can follow some of the tricks I used to successfully exfil with this item in DMZ.
Cephalexin is a medical item that is extremely rare to come across in DMZ, and you need three of these to unlock the Daily Urgent Missions for Phalanx.
Hidden Caches on Ashika Island
Ashika Island is undoubtedly the best spot to get both Cephalexin and Hydrogen Peroxide. As you can see from the images above, I found these two rare items by searching through the Hidden Caches across Ashika Island. Sometimes you will get both Cephalexin and Hydrogen Peroxide in the same cache. You can easily get a few of these rare medical items by searching around the map.

However, finding Hidden Caches can take a while, so I've listed a few you can search on the northern side of Ashika Island. You can do this solo, as most of the Hidden Caches are either underwater or on the shoreline. Check the seven white arrows on the map image above to see the exact location of Hidden Caches, where I found Cephalexin in DMZ.
