Repeat the above tasks till the relationship bars turns green or full. Make sure you don't Befriend them while improving your relationship. Otherwise, they might assume you are friend-zoning them, creating unwanted hurdles in your journey.
How to sleep with your co-workers in BitLife
Once the relationship bar is at least green, you can hook up with your co-workers without any problem. To do this, visit the co-worker's tab from the Job section. Now, select the target and choose the Hookup option under the activities tab of the person. Repeat the process with five different colleagues to finish the challenge successfully.
