If you're looking to knockout a bunch of ribbons in BitLife, then one of them you're going to need to get is Barbie Girl. This is a bit different than the others and like a lot of the ribbons, you are going to need to avoid accidentally getting one of the many others you can obtain during a Bitizen's life. To get the Barbie Girl ribbon, you will need to be born a female and get plastic surgery done on yourself at least once every few years throughout your life after you've turned 18. You will need to continue this until into your later years, and once you die you should obtain the ribbon!

Barbie Girl Ribbon Tips

You can age up to 18 pretty quickly without much worry. There's nothing you really need to do as long as you've started out your character as a female. Once you hit 18, look for a job that pays decent money, but won't make you famous! You don't want to get the famous ribbon instead. Once you've got your new job, age up a couple of years to gather up some money to start doing plastic surgery every couple of years. I would work hard at your job so you get raises pretty regularly.

Go ahead and get a Tummy Tuck, Nose Job, Liposuction, Face Lift, Eyelid Surgery, Breast Augmentation, and Brazilian Butt Lift at least once throughout your life. After you've completed all of those at some point, you can pretty much do Botox for the rest of your life. You can throw in other ones, but they shouldn't be required. Avoid Gender Reassignment, because we need to remain female to finish the life!

Now you just keep aging up and doing the surgeries every couple years. Once you've checked off all the options and have done Botox 5 - 10 times, you can start skipping three years or so to get to the end of your life. You are pretty much just looking to run out the clock at this point!
