To get a submarine in Bitlife, you will first need to get a boating license by either attempting to buy a submarine and getting prompted to get one or finding it among the other licenses in the license activity tab.
Getting a boating license will require you to answer a series of questions similar to the driver's test. Answer these questions right, and you will be able to purchase boats afterward.

But, you'll still need a lot of money to purchase it. In short, the sub will cost around three million, so you will want to have a job that can reach that amount with ease. Something along the lines of a Pop Star, Football Player, or CEO would be ideal. However, other jobs can reach three million if you play your cards right.
Nonetheless, once you get enough cash in your bank, you can buy the submarine in Bitlife by viewing the go shopping tab and then locating the boat seller.
Click the boat dealer, and you will have a chance to get a submarine from the listed options of boats to buy. If you don't see the submarine, try aging up or closing the app to refresh the list of boats to purchase.
