To exorcise ghosts in BitLife, you must first become an exorcist in BitLife. Becoming an Exorcist is not hard, as all you must meet in the form of requirements is being around age 18. After you turn 18, check the job listings under the Job tab and search for the Exorcist job. If you do not see the Exorcist job, close the app and restart it. Another method for making jobs appear is to use the age-up option. Once you find the job, apply for it and get accepted. When you finally get the job, you can start exorcising ghosts, but you will need to purchase a haunted house.
In short, you can only exorcise ghosts inside haunted houses. You can find and buy haunted houses via the realtor tab under Assets. Once you own a haunted house, you can exorcise ghosts by interacting with them under the Spirit tab. You can find the Spirit tab by opening your house's profile under the Asset tab.
