Completing the Brains and Beauty Challenge is easy once you know how to achieve each objective in the challenge. Start by creating a character with high Smarts and Looks parameter, then follow the steps explained in the chart below.

| Objective | How to Complete it |
| Become a model | To complete this objective, you will need to keep your Looks stat pretty high. Visit the salon, go on walks, and hit the gym at regular intervals. Maintain your Looks stat above 90 and try to get a job as a Foot Model from the Jobs section. Continue that path till you become a Hand Model, then Catalog Model, Lingerie Model, and finally a Runway Model. |
| Become a brain surgeon | To do this, you will need to go to college and university. Study well during your school and high school period by keeping your Smarts stat high. You can keep the stat high by being obedient, reading books, and visiting the library. Join a college with Biology or Psychology as your major. After completing it, apply for a medical school and complete your university. Join as a Brain Surgeon after finishing med school. |
| Read Frankenstein | To read Frankenstein, visit the Mind & Body category under the Activities tab. Now, select the Find a good book option and choose Frankenstein as your book. The mentioned book will not be available at all times, so keep trying until you find one. |
| Have 100% Smarts | Choose a character with high Smarts from birth, typically anything above 90. Try to increase and maintain the stat by eating healthy, visiting Salons & Spa's, hitting the Gym, and being active. Refrain from drugs and alcohol. Follow the instructions and you will hit the required target at some age. |
| Have 100% Looks | Choose a character with high Looks from birth, typically anything above 90. Try to increase and maintain the stat by being obedient, reading books, participating in memory tests, and visiting the library. If you are in school or college, volunteer for tutoring classes. Continue the trend and you will hit the 100% Smarts stat at some point in your life. |
Remember, throughout the challenge, you will need to keep your Smarts and Looks stats pretty high, so don't indulge in any unwanted activities that could tamper with the given parameters.
