- Become a famous Astronaut
- Launch more than two Probes
- Go on more than one Mars Missions
- Collect more than two artifacts from space

Before starting the Cosmic Explorer challenge, you must own the Jobs Pack in BitLife, as the entire challenge revolves around the DLC. Purchase the Pack from the game store for $4.99.
How to become a famous Astronaut in BitLife
The first objective in the Cosmic Explorer challenge is to become a famous Astronaut. First and foremost, you must keep your Smarts stat over 90 throughout your school period. Use the Study Harder option every year from the Activities tab. After graduating high school, apply for a major in STEM fields like Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. Maintain your Smarts stat here as well using the same Study Harder option.
At the same time, you also need to acquire a Pilot License. Save up money by doing part-time or full-time jobs for one or two years for your flight training. During my run, I worked as App Tester for a year in a software company for my training. Once you have at least $50K to $60K in your bank account, head over to the Licenses section and select the Pilot's License. Finish the required hours for your flight school and then receive the Pilot License by answering a simple question related to flying.
Now, it's time to join a Space Academy. Head to the Special Careers section under the Jobs section and click the Astronaut button. Choose the Space Academy in your country and join it. Remember, you must pay around $35K for the Academy training. Use the remaining money in your account left from flight training to start training.
Complete the training by excelling in all three departments - Fitness Training, Flight Training, and Technical Training. Both Fitness and Flight Training are pretty straightforward. But, the Astronaut Technical Training is a tough test as you must answer several complicated questions regarding space and science. In case you are struggling with it, we have a separate guide covering all the answers to the questions in Technical Training.
Once your training ratings turn green, age up to finish your training. Since you have aced all your training, you will immediately be offered a job by your country's Space Agency to become an astronaut. After joining, go on multiple missions, and with time, you will become a famous Astronaut, unlocking the Fame section.
How to launch more than two Probes in BitLife
The second objective of the Cosmic Explorer challenge is to launch Probes in BitLife. Use the Probes option under the Astronaunt's Activities job. Pick the Probe (Launch a Probe Into Deep Space) option in the new window. Now, provide a budget for the Probe and start designing the Probe. Once it's ready, hit the Launch button to send a Probe into space.
How to go on more than one Mars Missions in BitLife
The third quest in the Cosmic Explorer challenge is to go on a Martian Exploration mission. By default, the option will not be available for you as it's only unlockable after finishing multiple missions as a space cadet. With time, you will first unlock the Lunar Exploration tab, followed by Martian Exploration. Once it's available, click on it to fly to Mars.

The penultimate objective in the latest challenge is to collect more than two artifacts from space. You can only collect space artifacts during Lunar and Martian missions. The game will ask you to collect stuff during the gameplay. So, be sure to pick two artifacts when you go to Mars or Moon for the previous quest.
How to win a Nobel Prize in BitLife
The final quest in the Cosmic Explorer challenge is to win a Nobel Prize. You can win a Nobel by Scanning for Anomalies and Publishing your findings. Use the Scan option under the Astronauts Activities tab to start your journey. With time and effort, one or more discoveries will become revolutionary, and you will get the Nobel Prize. So, keep sending probes and publish your findings regularly till you receive one.
