As you're playing through BG3, you may find yourself suddenly stricken by a debilitating debuff called Bloodless. If you're still playing through the game and reading this, I won't spoil exactly where it comes from, but I will tell you how to get rid of it. Here's how to dispel the annoying Bloodless debuff in BG3.
How to remove the Bloodless debuff in Baldur's Gate 3
The easiest way to get rid of Bloodless is to go to camp and initiate a Long Rest. Long Rests completely recover your entire party's health and resources, and they also remove most crude debuffs you can be afflicted by. Note that a Short Rest will not remove the Bloodless debuff. It has to be a Long Rest, which means you need to spend valuable Camp Supplies to do so.
If you don't have enough to perform a Long Rest, speak with vendors in hub-like locations to buy food and supplies directly. Food can also be found throughout the world, so be sure to pick any that you find. With Bloodless removed, you can now return to your normal adventuring process. You're welcome!

Bloodless is an awful debuff to have in a game using the Dungeons and Dragons ruleset. It cripples your ability to efficiently attack your enemies, reduces your overall defenses, and even hampers your dice rolling, a core tenet of the game. The debuff remains active indefinitely if you don't try and do something about it, and having it throughout the whole game will make it even more difficult than it already is.
