Can you respec in Atomic Heart?

Use your points Atomically.

Atomic Heart offers various weapons and powers to unlock and use during your playthrough. These are unlocked and upgraded at Nora and other red devices, but require Neuropolymer or mechanical parts. As you spend these for each unlock and upgrade, you may be wondering if you can respec and get these back in Atomic Heart.

Can you reset stats and points in Atomic Heart?

The answer is yes—you can respec in Atomic Heart. This is done at Nora and other devices that let you upgrade or unlock skills. You can individually highlight the skill or upgrade you want to refund and press the Return button in the menu. This is the Triangle button on PlayStation 5.

There is no penalty for respecing in Atomic Heart, so feel free to experiment with different builds or get rid of upgrades you don't want. This is a good way to test and find what playstyle you want to use. We started off focusing on Frostbite but quickly switched to Mass Telekinesis.

We believe you can respec at any time in Atomic Heart, but we did not receive the tooltip for this mechanic until a few hours into the game. Regardless, once you unlock the ability to respec, we recommend looking at any skills you have purchased and upgraded, then determining if they are worth keeping.
