The Unshackled Event is an event full of new and returning cosmetics in Apex Legends, and some of what you get is up to chance, while other things can be purchased outright for Apex Coins in the Special Offers store tab. The event has two separate weeks of deals, though you will know that some of the bundles are available during both weeks while the others rotate.
