It’s been a little while since a grenade in Apex Legends has gotten a major rework for balance purposes, but the Raiders Collection event has brought multiple major changes to Arc Stars. Some of the changes are nerfs, while others restore old elements and make the grenade overall more balanced.
The Arc Star has been much more powerful than the other grenades for a long time. These changes are hoping to even the playing field and make the Arc Star less of an area denier. Let’s take a look.
