You may want to move houses at some point when playing Animal Crossing New Horizon; here's how and what you will need to do.
How to move houses in Animal Crossing New Horizon
To move houses, you will first need to pay off your moving fees and then upgrade Residental Services. After this, you will have the option to move under about my home when interacting with Tom Nook; however, you will need to pay Tom Nook 30k bells. Luckily, you can make bells real easy by catching both fish and bugs.
Many players also consider both to be one of the best ways to get bells fast. That said, you will need a fishing rod to catch fish and a net to catch bugs; we also recommend keeping an eye for Tarantulas and Golden Trout.
But if you are a new player, we recommend simply farming treen branches and turning them into fishing rods so you can farm fish and sell them when you get a full inventory.
We also suggest searching for fossils and selling them along with any items you don't want anymore; you can also buy bell vouchers when you unlocked Nook's Cranny from the Nook Stop machine for 500 miles apiece.
Once you get enough bells, you will then be able to move your house by speaking to Tom Nook again; you can also move villager's homes in the same way, but it will cost 50k bells instead of 30k.
