Obsidian usually spawns inside the caves of the LEGO Fortnite universe, especially the ones in the desert region. So, after hopping inside your universe, explore until you find a cave in the desert region. Once found, craft a couple of Snowberry juices and consume them to provide heat resistance. Explore the cave area, and you will locate the Obisidian ores sticking to the terrain near lava areas. They are black in appearance with a purple tint over them.
How to collect Obsidian in LEGO Fortnite
After finding Obsidian ores, the next step is to collect them. For this, you will require a rare type of pickaxe. So, upgrade your crafting bench to level 4 and acquire the following materials to create one.
- x3 Flexwood Rod
- x3 Sand Claw
Use the newly crafted pickaxe to farm the Obsidian Ore. Hit the Obsidian ore three to four times with the pickaxe, and the ore will fall to the floor. Since they are near lava, they will often fall inside it. So, be careful while collecting, as you may fall inside the lava and lose your life.
