Fortnite LEGO requires you to build a simple shack to keep yourself safe from the rain and lurking skeletons. As is tradition, building requires you to collect certain ingredients, so here's a guide to help you craft a simple shack in Fortnite LEGO.
Fortnite LEGO simple shack ingredients
You'll need to farm the following resources to build a simple shack in Fortnite LEGO:
- 13x Wood
Wood can be found lying on the ground as branches from trees. You can also use your pickaxe to destroy trees and gather a ton of wood at once.
How to build a simple shack in Fortnite LEGO
A simple shack is built in three different stages, and here's a detailed rundown of them:
Stage 1
The first stage involves placing the simple shack structure on the ground:
- Head to the Build menu by pressing Q on your keyboard.
- Head to the Builds tab.
- Select the simple shack from the list and place it on the ground.
It's worth noting that you'll need to spend six woods to finish the first stage.
Stage 2
In the second stage, Fortnite LEGO asked me to place the following items in the shelter:
- Shack Wide Floor: Place it on the base
- Shack Wall: Place it opposite to the pillar blueprint
- Shack Pillar: Place it opposite to the wall blueprint
Even though the game provides instructions on where to position each of these objects, it took me some time to grasp the overall functioning of the entire system.
Once you've cracked the code on how to arrange these items properly, tackling the next stage is going to be easy for you.
Stage 3
The third stage involves building the top part of the simple shack. As a result, you'll need to position the following items:
- Shack Half Wall: Position it right above the broken pillars.
- Shack Roof: It goes right next to the Shack Half Wall above the shelter.
- Shack Ridge: Place it right on the top of the Shack Half Wall
That's it. You can now use this cozy place to protect yourself and your companion from the rain and lurking skeletons in the night.
