How to remove injuries in Warhammer 40k Rogue Trader

If you want to remove and heal any injuries gained from battle in Rogue Trader, you have two options. The first option is to use a medkit item to heal injuries on a selected character. However, the character must pass a Medicine skill check to heal another character or themselves using a medkit/health item. I recommend using your character or a companion with the highest medicine skill level for the best results, like Argenta.

If you do not have a character with high medical skills, I recommend learning how to respec in Rogue Trader. Characters must also have the Field Medic Talent before using medkits to heal other party members.

You can also find and buy medkits via Vendors or as loot items. Once you have a medkit, equip it to a character's hot bar and click the medkit once. After clicking the medkit, select a character you wish to heal. If you want to use the other method to heal injuries, you must return to your Voidship. When you return to the Voidship, your character's injuries get cured automatically
