After you get the above done, follow these steps for LC Api.
- Open the link.
- Press the Manual Download button to get the zip file.
- Extract the files into your game and click Yes to override if your computer gives the same folder warning.
Once you do everything, run your game normally from the Steam and head over to Online. Here, you will see 'MOD' below the game's current version.
