You can always focus only on the most used weapons in meta, but where's the fun in that? I've used Wicked Implement, and it was fun to play with, but I don't recommend it in all situations—using this Exotic Stasis Scout Rifle in player-vs-enemies or player-vs-player modes will yield significantly different results.

In that case, you'll be defeated by the sheer firepower of other enemies, as scoring a fast kill is more important than debuffing them. Having said that, it's very effective in the Stasis build, which makes Wicked Implement a weapon you need to try, at least.
