One thing that has gotten me through The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is making elixirs—in particular, Sticky Elixirs. I swear, it starts raining on the spot whenever I have a big climb ahead of me. This left me seeking out Sticky Frogs until I got the Froggy Armor. These elusive critters can be hard to find, but some places have multiple Sticky Frogs in Tears of the Kingdom.
How to get Sticky Frogs in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)
Sticky Frogs are a critter you can collect if you are fast and sneaky in Tears of the Kingdom. They are often found on the walls of dark and damp places, such as caves, wells, and rocks. That said, I've found two locations where Sticky Frogs appear frequently.

Sticky Frogs are one ingredient you can use to craft Sticky Elixirs. This is a great alternative to the Froggy Armor set that lets you climb slick surfaces from rain or ice. Head to the two locations below to get the most Sticky Frogs in Tears of the Kingdom.

Kakariko Village Road (Map Location)
- Coordinates: 1754, -1098, 0126
- Fast Travel Point: Makasura Shrine/Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower
The road leading into Kakariko Village is the best place to farm Sticky Frogs. This location always has Sticky Frogs, with at least four to five appearing each trip. My most recent stroll down this road rewarded me with eight Sticky Frogs. Most will appear around head height, but look higher up the canyon walls to collect them all.
Goponga Village Well (Map Location)
- Coordinates: 1529, -0328, 0011
- Fast Travel Point: Jonsau Shrine/Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower
The Goponga Village Well has fewer Sticky Frogs than the Kakariko Village road, but it still has around four that spawn. This is a good secondary location to farm Sticky Frogs.
