Frox Fangs can be a little tough to farm in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom because they are exclusively found in The Depths. This makes it a good opportunity to get a lot of those Lightroots lit before trying to farm them. Fighting a Frox without light is not fun, trust me. Here's how you can farm them.
Where to find Frox Fangs in TOTK (Zelda Tears of the Kingdom) - Exact map locations
Frox Fangs come from the Frox creatures that live in The Depths in Tears of the Kingdom. This only applies to the big Frox, though; The Little Frox will not drop any Frox Fangs. While Frox are scattered throughout The Depths, the best place to farm them is specifically underground beneath the Gerudo Desert. There is one Frox northwest of the Abandoned Gerudo Mine (coordinates: -3999, -2591, -0492), and another northwest of the Amakawis Lightroot (coordinates: -2443, -3119, -0474).

How to beat a Frox in TOTK (Zelda Tears of the Kingdom)
Beating a Frox really comes down to aiming well. There are only brief periods in between attacks where the Frox stays still enough to be hit. Its main attack is where it turns its mouth into a vacuum to try to suck Link in. Link can outrun this, though; just keep an eye on his stamina meter.
The Frox also has a belly flop, but it's very easily dodged. Just slam the B button and run away as fast as possible. After these attacks are done, try to aim and shoot as soon as possible.
This will stun the Frox, allowing Link to run on top. Every Frox will have several Zonanite blocks that Link will need to break. The faster players destroy these blocks, the faster the Frox goes down.
I personally like using a long weapon and holding the Y button against the Frox. This allows Link to go from one block to another quickly. I also stay on top of the Frox as long as possible. The Frox will toss Link off eventually, but only after a while.
