This issue is primarily encountered on PlayStation 5 when playing Diablo 4, especially during the early access period. The first thing you should do is check the server status, but this is not the only way to fix the issue. Here is how to fix the Diablo 4 can't use this content error on PlayStation 5.

  • Check Diablo 4 Servers
  • Verify your Battle.net Account is linked
  • Restart Diablo 4
  • Restart your PS5
  • Restore your License:
    • From the PS5 Home screen, select Settings, User & Accounts, Other, and Restore Licenses.
