If, like me, you couldn't wait until the official launch on June 6, 2023, to dive into Diablo 4, I totally understand. I played both the closed and open betas, and there was no way I would watch all my friends play early. If you pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe or Ultimate Edition, you also received early access and some sweet gifts. Here's how to redeem Deluxe & Ultimate pre-order rewards in-game.
How to claim Diablo IV Digital Deluxe and Ultimate pre-order rewards
To claim Diablo 4 Deluxe & Ultimate pre-order rewards in-game, you must complete the prologue by arriving at Kyovashad, the capital of Fractured Peaks, and give the Strange Amulet to Lorath. Once that's done, pre-order gifts will be automatically unlocked in your inventory (and emote menu if you have the Ultimate edition) – nothing else is required! If you're looking at how to equip Wolf Pup cosmetics, you can do it in a similar fashion.

How to unlock Light Bearer and Temptation pre-order- mounts in Diablo IV
Once you unlock your pre-order rewards, you'll notice that your mounts are missing. If you pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe edition, you get Light Bearer and the Caparison of Faith Mount Armor; if you pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition, you also receive Temptation and the Hellborn Carapace Mount Armor. But where are they? This confused me at first, but the answer was kind of frustrating.
You cannot access your pre-order mounts until you reach Act 4 in Diablo 4 and complete the "Mount: Donan's Favor" quest in Kyovashad. Speak with Donan in the Kyovashad Cathedral, then head to the stable and talk to Oskar, the Stable Master, to finally unlock your mounts.
