The Stelae mission in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is one of the more interesting ones since it's all about the seven (or eight) heroines of the Gerudo. It does involve searching through the Gerudo Shelter, though, which can seem like a maze. Knowing where these Stelae are located can be a huge time saver. Here are the exact locations of all four in TotK.
Where are the 4 Stelae in TOTK (Zelda Tears of the Kingdom)? - Exact locations
Before even starting this quest in Tears of the Kingdom, players will need the camera function on their Purah Pad. If any player doesn't have that function yet, go back to the Lookout Landing and talk to Robbie to get the camera.
To start this quest, players will want to head inside the shelter of Gerudo Town. Look toward the back of the main room and talk to the Gerudo there. Her name is Rotana, and she explains what the Stelae are as well as their connection to the Gerudo Heroines.
Rotana has found the first two of six Stelae, but she needs help with the other four. To find the first missing Stelae, head inside the room right behind Rotana. Look to the left to find a wall with rubble on it. Use a Bomb fused to an arrow to break away the rubble, revealing the first Stelae.

The second Stelae is in the room left of Rotana, but it's a bit tricky to get this picture. Players need to enter the room, where Ashai is giving lessons on the art of love.
Stand in the back-left corner and turn to view this column in the corner. The column is only half of the Stelae; the other half is behind it on the wall. Only from the back-left corner can Link see both halves connected.
Make sure that the red exclamation point comes up when taking the picture; this ensures that the picture will be valid for the quest.
Also, absolutely do not talk to Ashai (the teacher). I made this mistake and ended up being kicked out of the classroom and thrown in jail after tons of dialogue I did not need to read. Just get the picture and head out.
To find the third Stelae, head out of the classroom and turn right. Then turn left to start on the underground path to the Gerudo Training Grounds. Before entering the tunnel, players should see the Stelae on the left wall.
This Stelae is incomplete. The missing piece is actually buried in the sand next to the Stelae.

Use Ultrahand to get that stone out of there and then rotate it so that it will fit inside the Stelae.
As for the final Stelae, players need to travel to the main room with Rotana in it and keep heading right. Head inside this room with the red flag depicting a bottle on it.
On the right will be a wall with six shelves, but the bottom left shelf will have breakable pots.
Break those pots to get inside a secret room. Once inside, use Ascend to enter the jail above.
In the back of the room is the fourth and final Stelae!
