After the Root of Nightmares raid was released, strange objects started appearing around Neomuna. These objects are crystalline, emanating an orange glow. They are tucked away in the nooks and crannies of Neptune, awarding curious Guardians with the Strange New Heights triumph. However, they can be challenging to locate, since they are placed in odd positions across the map. All Apogee Repeater locations in the Irkhalla Complex area of Destiny 2
Apogee Repeater 1- On a rotating turret
To find the first Apogee Repeater, continue through Irkhalla Complex until you find an orange portal. While staring at this portal, look to the left, and you should see an orange glowing crystal in the distance. To get there, parkour your way across the platforms to your left, climbing up to the top. Using the Strand Grapple makes this process much easier.
Apogee Repeater 2- Near the orange portal
To find the second Apogee Repeater, walk through the orange portal. Step through this portal, then look up. On top of a destroyed gun, there is a floating Apogee Repeater. To reach this area, jump up onto the wall, and you should be able to stand on the halfway point. Next, leap onto the top of the wall, and stand next to the Apogee Repeater. Hold the interact button, and you have neutralized the Apogee Repeater.

Apogee Repeater 3- Under the pink crane
From the second Apogee Repeater location, walk to the other side of the building you are standing on. You should see a huge pink platform that is much higher than you. Look to the lower right area of this platform and find the Apogee Repeater floating in mid-air. To reach this area, walk up the ramp to your left and jump onto the pink platform, then continue onto the next platform. After a short while, you should find yourself on a pink grate. From here, look for the black stain on the wall, and hop onto the platform that is next to it.
Now, walk to the end of the building, and stand on the left side of the pink crane. Look down, and you can see the Apogee Repeater on a tiny platform. Carefully jump onto the railing, then inch your way off the side of the building, landing next to the Apogee Repeater. Hold the interact button, and you have neutralized this Apogee Repeater.
