There are three arrow types that can be found in Sons of the Forest, with the Stone Arrows being the only craftable source. Crafting a bow requires more than just some sticks and rocks, as players need to get some duct tape. Luckily, duct tape can be found in multiple areas and shouldn't be too hard to get ahold of. This is how to find and make all the arrow types in Sons of the Forest.
How to craft bows and arrows in Sons of the Forest
The Crafted Bow can be made with just a few ingredients. The crafting system for Sons of the Forest makes it easy to see what materials might be missing. Players can craft a bow using rope, duct tape, and two sticks. It needs arrows, and will not fire bolts if that is all that is in the player's inventory. There are three types of arrows that can be used, but the first that players should be able to use are Stone Arrows. These are made with feathers, four small rocks, and two sticks. Feathers will have to be taken from killing birds and duct tape can be acquired from containers, skin pouches, and graves.

Two other arrows can be used with the bow by looking down with the bow equipped and switching arrow types. Carbon Fiber Arrows can be found in containers or in various places around the island and 3D Printed Arrows must be made at 3D printers found inside some of the areas with green markers. Only 20 of each arrow type can be carried, and only the Stone Arrows can be crafted while traveling around. Carbon Fiber Arrows can be farmed by going to an area where they have been found, saving and quitting, and then reloading for them to respawn.
