The fifth Collection Chest will be behind an Arithmancy Door in the North Hall. To reach it, start at the Transfiguration Classroom Floo Flame. Turn around and head through the first door on your left to enter the North Hall. You'll want to climb up the stairs on your right, where the treasure map in The Cache in the Castle led. Keep going up the stairs until you reach a level one locked door. The Arithmancy door your looking for is in the back of the abandoned room. If you still haven't unlocked the door, the solution is the Lizard Symbol (6) for ? and the Three-Headed Hydra Symbol (3) for ??.
