Take any offers that come your way and sleep with them without any protection. Repeat this process, and with time you will get multiple STDs. How to transmit STDs to other people in BitLife
Once you have contracted STDs, you can transmit them to other people to finish other objectives in the challenge. To do this, simply hook up with any person without using any protection, i.e. condoms. Keep sleeping around with other people until you have transmitted STDs to more than ten people.
