Vivillon is a Bug/Flying type Pokémon that evolves from the Scatterbugs found in the early maps of Scarlet and Violet. If you’ve seen your Scatterbug evolve for the first time, you may have noticed Vivillon’s unique wing pattern and how it’s very different from what is usually shown in other regional Pokédexes (which is a pinkish shade). That’s because Vivillon has more than one form. Each form varies by one thing: wing patterns.
Every Vivillon form in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
Technically, there is only one Vivillon form in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, and that’s Fancy Form. This is the green-winged Vivillon design that is registered in your regional Pokédex. Every Scatterbug and Spewpa in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet will evolve into Fancy Form Vivillon.
However, Vivillon has 18 forms in total. Your Scatterbug and Spewpa just won’t evolve into any of them in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. The form Vivillon evolves into depends on where it evolves. And in Paldea, that’s Fancy Form.

How to get every Vivillon form
The only way you’re going to be able to get every Vivillon form in Pokémon is by playing Pokémon Go and traveling. Pokemon Go’s list of capturable mons is dependent on region. If you could fly to places such as the UK and Japan, your Spewpa could evolve into a specific kind of Vivillon. Then, you can transfer them to Pokémon Scarlet & Violet using Pokémon Home. You can also transfer your other Vivillons from past games (like Sword/Shield) using Pokémon Home.
