Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed takes you through a quick tutorial of how to use your trusty P.K.E. monitor. But, if it seems short and you find yourself a bit discombobulated on the job, our guide might be able to help.
How to read the lights on your P.K.E. Monitor in Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed
You may at first be intimidated by the many lights on your monitor, but it's actually simple to read. The screen (1) tells you what kind of signal your monitor is picking up. If it is showing a red "X," that means no signal detected. A green dotted line going up is a signal coming from a Rift. A green dotted line going down is a signal coming from the Ghost.

The three lights underneath the screen (2) tell you what floor the signal you are picking up is on. If the center, orange light is lit up, the signal is coming from the floor you are currently on. The left, red light is the floor beneath you. The green light on the right indicates the object you are picking up is on a floor above you.
The other lights on the bottom of the monitor and on the arms mean nothing; you don't have to worry about them. The last thing to know is this: the height that the arms of the monitor are lifted indicate your proximity to the signals location.
