My Time at Sandrock takes place in a barren desert, which makes survival and gathering resources difficult. One resource you might have trouble tracking down is wood. This is a valuable resource that you need to craft tools, machines, and more. This may leave you wondering where to find wood in My Time at Sandrock.
Where to find wood in My Time at Sandrock
Wood is a valuable resource that's hard to find if you don't know where to look. Around your workshop, you'll find several wood rubbish piles and bushes. You can break down the rubbish piles for wood scraps, and both Yakthorn and Sand Flower will give you wood.
You can get wood from trees and cacti as well, but you cannot chop down any near the Sandrock city limits. If you do, Burgess will appear and give you a warning on your first offense. After that, you will receive fines for deforesting within city limits.
How to craft wood
You can craft wood in My Time at Sandrock by putting wood scraps in the Recycler. You will need a lot of scraps to produce a good amount of wood. Make sure to keep fuel in the Recycler. Otherwise, it will not function. Depending on how many scraps you put in, it may take a few minutes for the Recycler to finish.
