There's one specific territory in which you'll have the best luck of finding Mint in Genshin Impact. You can find and farm tons of Mint in Northern Mondstadt, especially around the Stormbearer Mountains. That's not to say that you can't find Mint all across the map, just that spawn rates will be highest in this area. Mint actually does grow all over Teyvat, so don't forget to keep your eye out anywhere you happen to be.
