Genshin Impact's Version 3.0 update is one of the most awaited patches in the year, as it's expected to introduce a new region, Sumeru, the nation of wisdom. Since it's widely believed that Version 2.8 will be the last installment before the jump to 3.0, there are only three updates to go before Sumeru finally makes it into the Teyvat World Map.
Since Sumeru is ruled by the Dendro Archon, the new Element is also expected to appear once Version 3.0 drops. A leak posted in the WFP Discord channel, cross-posted in r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks reveals that the character Collei could possibly appear in Version 3.0 as a Dendro character. Collei was first introduced in the Genshin Impact manga as a child who suffered from human experiments conducted by Barnabas, a member of the Fatui who works closely with Il Dottore.

Alongside Collei, the leak also hinted at two bow character kits and one sword character kit that could make it to Version 3.0. This suggests that Collei may use one of these two weapons, and two new characters may be released on the same patch as her.
Meanwhile, the Dendro Archon, Lesser Lord Kusanali, may appear in Version 3.1. Little known is about her personality—other than how she chooses to ignore Sumeru's inexplicable treatment of knowledge as a resource. Finally, the leak also suggested that a new Cryo claymore user with a similar playstyle as Arataki Itto may appear sometime after Version 3.0. This character is suggested to pair well with Shenhe, but no other details about their identity or where they come from have been leaked.
