You can find one gauntlet coupon in the R&D Lab and the other just outside of Hayville, to the left of the patch of yellow grass. Both coupons are hidden in gold chests. Once you have a coupon, you can turn them in for different gauntlets.

You can turn the gauntlet coupons in to receive new gauntlets in Coromon. Turning in a single ticket will reward you with a different colored gauntlet. For example, we received a Green Patterbit Gauntlet, but this may be different for you.

The real prize, however, is when you turn in both gauntlet coupons. Doing so will reward you with the Golden Gauntlet. It should be noted that each gauntlet is only visually different and does not provide any in-game bonus, apart from looking snazzy.
