Strangers of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origins is Square Enix's latest entry in the Final Fantasy series and releases on March 18, 2022. While Square Enix has been forthcoming with information and footage of the game, there is one statement on the Strangers of Paradise Final Fantasy Origins official guidelines that seems odd.
Square Enix has effectively forbidden streamers from showcasing any footage of Strangers of Paradise's ending, even after the game is officially released. You can view the official statement below:
Do not livestream, post videos, or post anything from the ending of the Game – including, without limitation, the content following the final battle up until “The End”, “To be Continued”, “Fin” or similar messaging is displayed.
Many streamers have taken to Twitter to voice their opinion on this matter, including Cohh Carnage. Some are suggesting that nothing will come of streaming the ending of Strangers of Paradise, while others are outright refusing to stream the game due to Square Enix's stance.

Only time will tell what happens when a streamer inevitably streams the ending of Strangers of Paradise. Whether Square Enix will follow up with legal action or something else is not yet known.
