All the Mokoko Seeds in Totrich are easy to find and collect. None of the seeds in this location are hidden or have other requirements to collect. Simply walk up to each one and press G to collect it.
That being said, there are many enemies in Totrich, and they will attack you while you try to collect the seeds. Make sure to kill any hostile mobs around you, or they will interrupt the collection process.
