You can find Guilia's diary the day after Martha dies, and the family hangs around her coffin in the family room. The morning you first wake up in Martha and Guilia's shared bedroom, you can begin searching around and gathering clues and supplies. One of the items you'll find is Guilia's bag on the back of the door.

Once you open the bag, you'll find a key inside. Take that key, go over to the corner of Guilia's half of the room, and locate the trinket box that says Guilia on it. Interact with the box and unlock it to open the lid, and inside you'll find the diary.
