Once you get to the club building, you should be used to Monark's puzzle structure. That doesn't mean that the game gets any easier, though, as you will find out during the second computer puzzle. Here's what you need to do to gain access to the first ideal.
Go down the steps to the end of the second area. Here you will find a boy who's claiming his girlfriend has locked herself in a room. Go around the side to the other door and speak with the "girlfriend" to learn that she's being stalked. Head back up the stairs, and go into the computer lab.

Once inside, open your student handbook and get the ID. It's 020201012. The password is 0527, which can be found on another note in the area. You will get stalking evidence from the profile. Take it back down to Tsutomu, and confront him with the evidence to get him to leave.
Once done, simply go back to the other door and let Mirai know that she is free to leave. You will now be able to get into the room and confront the ideal. For more lore, check out the love notes that are scattered around the room's table.
