In Apex Legends Season 11: Escape, if you collected all 45 treasure packs, you were supposed to get a set of rewards. They were as follows: one Apex Pack, 10 Battle Pass stars, and an Epic EVA-8 Auto Shotgun skin, Sun Kissed. The problem was, for many players, they never received their reward. Forums were filling up with questions, even on the final day of Season 11. Luckily for those affected, there was a fix implemented in Season 12: Defiance.
If you completed all of your Treasure Packs last Season and didn’t get your reward, log in during the new Season. Once you have updated your game, go to the Episodes tab of the Defiance Season Hub. It will immediately show that you earned last Season’s rewards. You will get the Sun Kissed EVA-8 and the Apex Pack, however, you will not receive any of the Battle Pass Stars, unfortunately.
Even if you can’t get the animation to pop up, still check your Loadout screen for the EVA-8 skin, you may already have it and not even realize it. The Apex Pack should be in your available packs alongside the three free Octane packs for the 3rd Anniversary promo.
