A Pokémon's Nature is an important aspect of its performance in battle. It has minor effects on the Pokémon's stats but can be the thing that sets a player's Pokémon apart from the rest. A Pokémon's Nature will increase one stat by 10% and lower another by 10%. The Pokémon will automatically have a Nature when caught, which can be found on the Pokémon's summary screen.
The "Alpha" Pokémon, Arceus, is one of the most powerful Pokémon in the series in every aspect. It has shockingly high stats across the board, and with the ability to change its typing based on its held item, Arceus is useable against any opponent to a devastating effect.

How to choose the best Nature
Players wanting to use Arceus most efficiently in battle will want to capitalize on Arceus' high attack stats when fighting opponents. Typing aside, most of Arceus' powerful moves (Hyper Beam, Judgement, Extrasensory, Ancient Power, ETC.) are special attacks. With this in mind, players should increase the Pokémon's special attack stat to allow it to deal more damage in battle. Modest and Rash will both increase Arceus' special attack capability and won't lower any of its other important stats too much.
Which Nature is the best to use will ultimately come down to playstyle, how players use their Pokémon in battle, and what works best for them. This is especially true for Arceus. If players don't rely heavily on special attacks, then it is best to go with a different Nature for this Pokémon.
